Our CultureStanding For What We Believe
Connect with usThis is Who We Are. Not Just Things We Say.
Yes, we market dentists, but our team is more than that. We’re a close-knit group of individuals with a shared mission: everyone has an oar, and everyone’s pull matters. We run on grace and conviction in equal measure. Grace is how we teach, listen, and make space for each other to grow. Conviction is what protects our culture.
This is not just a philosophy we hang on a wall, it’s how every one of us shows up every day.
Four Values. One Standard.
Shake and Bake, Surprise and Delight, Compassionate Capitalism. Move Upstream.
These aren’t just motivations, it’s the center of who we are and what we do. We believe that our culture is anchored yet adaptive to changing circumstances, which is why we maintain a living, breathing culture document that is ever-evolving and serves as our guide.
1. Shake and Bake
Collaboration and Candor At Every Step
We don’t wait until something’s perfect to share it. Rough drafts, half-baked ideas, works in progress — all of it is fair game. Getting a project to 90% before asking for feedback isn’t diligence. It’s just working alone and calling it a team.
When we offer critique, we offer it for the work, not the person. We assume good intent, give real feedback, and always expect the same in return. That’s how our drive for speed and quality coexists.
We care enough to say the hard thing (to each other and to our clients), because real feedback is how everyone does their best work.
We win through rhythm, not rescue plays. When one team member makes a pass, they make it clean. Team building activities, company trips, and an abundance of high-fives make every day feel like a journey we’re excited to be on together.

2. Surprise and Delight
Doing What is Asked is The Floor, Not The Ceiling
Practice owners pay us to execute. That’s expected, and, honestly, the least of what we can do.
For our team, the delight starts when we do what they didn’t ask for. Spotting opportunities for their practice early, flagging the risks we’re noticing before they start, costs them, bringing in ideas ahead of the game, and so much more.
It means that we’re not simply waiting for our monthly check-in meetings to share something useful. If we see something, we say something.
That’s not extra effort, that’s the standard of care in our marketing partnerships. And, it’s the kind of delighting we like to do internally as well!
Similarly put, we notice the wins. We’re partners in it all, from helping the practices we work with hit their production goals to celebrating their opening anniversary.
3. Compassionate Capitalism
While Profit isn’t The Point, It’s a Part of The Proof
Compassionate Capitalism means putting people before profits. Don’t get us wrong, we prioritize profits (like any business should), but it’s not our only focus. Compassionate Capitalism means recognizing that every interaction is an opportunity to improve someone’s life, be it our dedicated team members, our valued clients, or the communities we serve.
Giving back to our community is ingrained in our DNA. We’re not just about filling dental chairs; we’re also about filling hearts through nonprofits that are near to our hearts. Our agency participates in various charity events throughout the year, across the world, and we support this celebration of giving back every day, thanks to our partnership with Build Then Bless.
Beyond this, we believe that taking care of our team isn’t just good business; it’s the right thing to do. We believe in work-life balance and provide time and space for our team members to recharge and care for themselves and their families.

4. Move Upstream
We Focus on Fixing Causes, Not Symptoms
This cultural pillar encapsulates our approach to growth, innovation, and driving meaningful change. We don’t wait for problems to grow. We look ahead, ask harder questions, and act before the issue is obvious. That means trading reaction for readiness — building systems that prevent chaos, not stories about surviving it.
For our team, good enough is never “enough” for us. We want to adapt and innovate for our clients and for ourselves, which we do by offering various opportunities for our team members who want to continue their education as marketing professionals.
